Mary was in the library with the teacher.  She was pretty strict on her studies, and not just because it was what her father wanted, but because she enjoyed it.  She didn't get a lot of interaction with people, so she enjoyed the time with her teacher.  She smiled at the new book she had received as she was enjoying the material.

She looked up as her father came in as she stood up to give him a proper greeting bowing a bit , and smiling as she looked up at him.

Mary: Hello, father.

She was a bit shocked when he said that, but nodded as she knew it was how it was suppose to be.

Mary: Alright, father.

She thought about it as she was hoping she would make the right choice and would please her father.  She nodded her head as she looked at him thinking about it.

Mary: Alright.

She nodded as she looked at him smiling warmly as she was thinking about it.

Mary: Yes, father, I'm happy.

She said honestly as she was well taken care of and had all that she needed and most that she wanted, as she was very grateful and content.

She looked at him when he said that as she was thinking about it.

Mary: I will try to find a husband that will make you proud, father.

She looked up at him as she smiled warmly thinking about it.

Mary: I shall go make myself ready then.

She said knowing that she needed to change to meet the guests, knowing her father liked to make sure they all looked there best when meeting new people.

She went getting her girls as they helped her get dressed, as they all knew how important this was.  Her father often talked about the treaty with Grobania, and she wanted to make sure she didn't mess things up. 

Mary had been walking to meet her family when he heard what the young man had said.

Mary: Father had down sized when the kingdom was attacked. 

She said politely but still making him jump as she smiled softly.

Mary: He wanted to make sure the village had what they needed to rebuild their homes.

She said bowing before the king, queen and prince.

She smiled warmly as she looked at her father who didn't seem to be upset either as she was glad that he wasn't.

Mary: No offense taken.

She said as they all walked to the dinning hall so they could meal, as the servants were getting their rooms ready, while they would dine.

Mary sat in her seat smiling as she was listening to her father, thinking about all that was planned for the evening.  She looked around a bit, and answered when she was asked questions, being very polite and friendly.  Just enjoying a different change of pace as well as she was pretty happy at the moment.

She looked at him as she shook her head.

Mary: Only for special occasions. 

She said as she knew her father had gone all out for his guests.  She knew he had a lot of respect for King Josh, and his family.  After dinner was finished they all got up and headed for the ball room that was set up for the events of the night, as Mary was looking forward to it.

Mary: I hope you enjoy your visit here.

She smiled looking at Prince Thomas, as she was hoping that they had a good visit.

She blushed a bit when he said that, smiling as she nodded as they had went into together.  By the end of the night they were dancing as she was smiling as it was fun.

Mary: This has been a very  enjoyable night. 

She smiled as she knew they would be going to sleep soon, so she was making the most of the last few moments.

She looked at him as she was thinking about it, nodding her head.

Mary: As long as it is permitted, I would love too.

She said as she smiled warly.

She nodded as she smiled warmly thinking about it.

Mary: Thank you.

She said as they all walked together.

She nodded as she agreed.  Smiling warmly as she walked with him heading to her chambers.

Mary: Yes it has been.

She said as she was thinking about it.

She bowed a bit in respect as she smiled looking at him.  She had really enjoyed her time today and tonight, as she was glad that she got to meet someone new, and he was really nice.

Mary: You too, and I look forward to tomorrow.

She smiled once more before her ladies and her retreated to her room to get ready for bed.

It was pretty late in the night, as Mary had sent her ladies out to bed, she heard a knock on her door as she stirred after a moment, going to open the door thinking it was her maid, or her father, but shocked.

Mary: Prince Thomas?

She looked at him confused as to why he was at her chambers so late, and unattended.

She looked at him thinking about it for a moment, but then nodded her head, knowing he came from a good family.  She let him in so they could chat .

Mary: Alright.

She said once inside as she was waiting.

She shook her head as she was thinking about it, as she trusted him and wasn't worried about it.  She waited to see what he was going to have to say, knowing in a hurry she could wake her.

Mary nodded as she looked at him as she was thinking about it.  She had heard her father talking about it to the others before. 

Mary: It has been this way for awhile.  If she hadn't been forced to Marry father, I think the family may have thought the thing, but we know what it took for her to even do it.

She said thinking about it.

Mary: Father has taken the steps to ensure her safety while he is away. 

She said remembering all that she had already heard.

She looked at him as she was thinking about it.  She had no say in that, that was all up to her father.

Mary: That you would have to talk with the King about and with your family.

She pointed out as she was thinking about it.

She smiled warmly when he said that as she shook her head thinking about it.  She didn't think that at all.

Mary: I think no such thing.  I enjoy you being here.

She said honestly.

She smiled warmly as she looked at him.  They chatted for a few more minutes before he took his leave so he could go talk to Henry and see what would be done and how things would be handled for both the queen and Mary.

She opened the door as she looked at him, a bit shocked to see him back here again.

Mary: Yes?

She nodded as she had him wait a moment.  She woke up the maid with her as she then got dressed as they all went out, following him as they went to meet her father wondering what was doing on.

She looked at her father when he said that.

Mary: Settle what?

She asked not all that sure what needed to be settled.

She was rather shocked when he said that as she wasn't upset about it, just shocked that it was going to be happening this soon.

Mary: Yes, father.

She bowed then looked at him.

Mary: May I ask, why so soon?

She looked at him as she didn't like the thought of anything happening to him, but she understood what he was saying as she nodded her head. 

Mary: I understand.

She nodded as she looked at him as she was thinking about it.

Mary: Yes, I do.

She said as she had kept it.
